  • Food safety practices in the preparation, service, and storage of food
  • Kitchen organization
  • Supervising the pastry section

Certification

Once CTH has reviewed your evidence they will issue you your certification

Certification takes 6 – 8 weeks upon completion of your exams, as per CTH policies

  • Level 2 Diploma in Patisserie or Equivalent 

Certification

  • A Baked Academy Certificate of Attendance
  • CTH Level 2 Award in Health & Safety in Catering 
  • CTH Level 2 Award in Unit Standard PBCPBB (Producing basic, cakes, pastries, biscuits & breads)
